Day 1 – “What You Will Experience.”

Day 1 is thoughtfully designed for individuals who experience stress, mental fatigue, body stiffness, and emotional imbalance. This session focuses on slow, mindful yoga practices that help relax both the body and mind. It is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels.

1. Yin Yoga Session

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative style of yoga where postures are held for a longer duration to target deep connective tissues and joints. This practice helps improve flexibility and promotes deep relaxation.

2. Stress Release Yoga

Stress Release Yoga is designed to calm the mind and relax the nervous system through gentle movements and breathing techniques. This session helps you let go of daily stress and mental pressure.

Each session is usually a one-day session, and the duration will be shared in advance during registration or promotional announcements.
